1. Role of Our Platform

We operate as a booking platform that connects customers with third-party tour and accommodation providers located in Mexico. The services themselves are provided by local operators who are solely responsible for service quality and delivery.

2. Booking and Payments

All payments are processed in Canada. Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience, but final charges are in CAD or USD. You will receive a confirmation upon payment.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider. Please refer to the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Liability

While we vet our partners, R8RISK Inc. is not liable for accidents, service failures, or issues arising during the actual tour or accommodation experience in Mexico. All services are provided at your own risk.
